Jack Rooney

FOUNDER
 

For more than 30 years, Jack Rooney enjoyed the challenges and successes of building, owning, and managing commercial real estate.

After retiring from the development business, he founded the company in 1992 to reduce property taxes for commercial real estate owners.  

Jack graduated from Hobart College. He served as a board member of the New York State Small Business Council and as President of the Board of the Onondaga County Cultural Resources Council and its Foundation. He enjoys time with his family, extensive travel, and fishing.
